Emergency Response

To serve our customers by all efforts, we have established an Emergency Preparedness Plan which encompasses the following 3 steps:

  1. Registered in SAM’s, FEMA’s (Federal Emergency Management Agency), NIH’s, FDA’s and local governments’ webs and be available to any call for any item or equipment if there is a disaster or emergency;
  2. Phone on 24/7, vehicles (truck and van) always in good condition and with at least 2/3 fuel in tanks, warehouse open for loading within 2 hours after receiving an emergency call;
  3. Practically an operation manager, a vehicle driver and a night/weekend security guard are on alert.
