The tubes are produced in compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act inventory requirements and are sturdy enough to withstand a reasonable amount of time (3-5 days) for animals to hide, sleep, play and chew.
All tubes meet requirements of characteristics, specifications and physical properties in terms of quality, sizing, color and material, and the defected (torn, ripped or damaged) are no more than 0.12% and are thoroughly examined through structural proof tests and 100% lot inspections.
We stored them in a designated warehouse that is ventilation, dust, pest and vermin controlled with an inventory rotation mechanism of First-in, First-out and Last-in, Last-out.
To ensure satisfaction, we always present our customers with samples in a full and exact version for inspection or for trial.
We also utilize our state-of-the-art system to evaluate the tubes’ performance by conducting edge crush test/Mullen test and by calculating compression strength and margin of safety for stacking capacity based on environmental factors.
